| 摘 要： | 网络环境下，随着信息技术的发展，信息系统发展的趋势也越来越明朗，基于网络技术的信息系统将成为潮流。同时，随着信息系统基本特征的改变，信息系统的应用趋势也出现了转折，即目前信息系统采用自建方式的风险越来越大。当前企业信息系统实现方式正在发生根本的变革，采用外包租用模式将成为信息系统的主要实现方式。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology in the Internet environment,the development trend of information systems becomes clearer and clearer,and the information systems based on the Internet will become the leading trend.Meanwhile,with the change of the basic characteristics of information systems,the application trend of information systems also makes a turn,that is,the risk of constructing information systems by oneself becomes greater and greater.At present,radical changes are taking place in the construction of enterprise information systems.The outsourcing and renting model will become the main means of utilizing information systems. |
