摘    要:分析了控温过程及采用按插值信号的比例、积分和微分计算控制量的PID控制方法.将测温计算法和PID控制方法应用于一种基于单片机设计的导热系数测定仪中.结合设计实际,对硬件电路、软件方法及产品的性能进行较详细的分析.

Abstract:It has analyzed the warm-controlling process, the ratio and integral in the use of interpolation signal and the PID control method in differential computation control. The temperature computation method and PID control method were applyed for a kind of thermal conductivity measurer based on the monolithic integrated circuit design. In combining with the empirical design, the thesis has displayed an elaborate analysis of the hardware circuit, the software method and the product performance.
