| 摘 要： | 战略联盟是企业实现技术标准化及其市场效益的重要形式,企业所拥有的专利组合是决定企业在联盟中地位、作用与利益分配谈判力的重要基础.本文应用Shapley值法构建企业技术标准联盟博弈模型,研究高技术企业基于专利组合的联盟动力与不同策略,揭示企业知识产权与技术标准合作机理.对TD-SCDMA案例的分析表明,实践与理论上的研究结论基本相符.这对于我国企业探索自主创新与技术标准化途径,推动产业技术进步有着重要的启示.

| Abstract: | Strategy alliance is a major approach to realize the technological standardization and interests.The patent portfolios of enterprises are the important elements to determine its status,functions and profit distribution in the alliance.Applying method of the Shapley Value,we construct a Game model to study the motivation and different strategy of high-tech enterprise's entrance of technological standards alliance,and to explore the mechanism of intellectual property rights and technological standardization cooperation of enterprise.Case of TD-SCDMA manifests the consistent in practice with the theoretic conclusion,which have important explanatory power for exploring the strategic approaches to enhancing the independent innovation capability and developing the technological standardization,and promoting the industrial technology development. |
