| Abstract: | Students in class tend to produce two emotionally psychological experiences: the sense of group relegation and the sense of group identity, which makes the students keep the same opinion and emotion towards the major events inside and outside their class, take the same action and attitude so that they can indicate the characteristics of personification at class level. The good management of personification at class level can benefit the construction of class discipline and academic atmosphere. The establishment of environment for students to make progress can ensure the realization of teaching aim. |
