摘    要:课程政策研究是一个新的研究领域,这一研究的展开需要解决一些诸如概念、本质及表征等基础性问题。课程政策的基本涵义是国家教育行政主管部门在一定社会秩序和教育范围内,为了调整课程权力的不同需要,调控课程运行的目标和方式而制定的行动纲领和准则,其本质是解决“由谁来决定我们的课程”或课程权力的分配问题,其载体是课程计划、课程标准和教科书。

Abstract:We must first solve some basic problems such as concept, nature and characterization to carry out research on curriculum policy, a new research field. Curriculum policy refers to the guidelines formulated by the educational executive authorities of the nation, which adjusts and controls the aim and manner of curriculum' s operation for the sake of adjusting different requirements of curriculum power within the certain social order and educational range.
