| Abstract: | The paper analyses the mental health condition of non-governmental college teachers,and studies the influential factors from the professional characteristics,the particularity of teacher's role,psychology,system,incentive mechanism,management and economics.It also puts forward some countermeasures in order to maintain and improve the mental health of non- governmental college teachers. |
