| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是促进学校事业全面协调发展的现实需要.由于生产力发展水平的不平衡,欠发达地区高校的软硬环境都比较欠缺,使得欠发达地区高校在发展过程中出现了一些不协调、不和谐,甚至是矛盾、冲突的问题,对和谐校园的建设形成极大的压力与挑战.高校必须立足于自身实际,落实科学发展观,树立和谐发展的理念;坚持以人为本,密切联系师生的原则;正确处理效益、规模、速度的关系,促进学校协调发展;建设先进的校园文化.提升校园软实力;理顺学校与外部环境的关系等.
