| 摘 要： | 美国存在严重的教师质量低下和短缺问题,选择性教师资格认证制度针对缓解这些问题而被采纳并得以快速发展。但研究表明,该制度现阶段的实施脱离了其良好初衷,其选择性令人质疑。
