教师品位与研究性校园文化

摘    要:加强高校校园文化建设,开展研究性校园文化活动,是促进大学生全面发展的一个重要途径,也是提高大学生科学文化素质和道德素质、适应新时期和谐社会发展的迫切需要。研究性校园文化活动具有多方面的功能,而教师品位的高低直接影响着校园文化活动的质量。所以,校园文化活动必须在高素质教师的指导和参与下采取有效措施,才能提升其文化品位。

Abstract:Strengthening high campus culture in the school construction, carrying out the investigative campus cultural is an important way to hasten full development of the university students; it' s also the great need of improving the university students' knowledge & moral quality and accommodating the development of harmonious society. Investigative campus culture movements have various functions. What' s more it has direct influence to the effect of campus culture that the teachers' taste. So it has to be high level teachers who direct and participate in the campus culture. Their tastes of culture have to be improved by effective actions.
