新世纪我国体育教育专业人才培养的思考

摘    要:通过对我国体育教育人才培养现状的剖析,并与21世纪社会发展要求对比分析发现,我国体育专业培养的学生综合素质相对偏差,将不适应新世纪对人才的要求.加强文化素质教育,狠抓教育教学事件环节,营造人才成长的智力生态环境,重视学生的"体育教师教学效能感培养"是提高我国体育教育人才整体素质的突破口和生长点,也是今后提高我国体育教师整体水平的重要途径.

Abstract:Comparing the present situation of fostering qualified personnel in the major of physical education in China with demands on social development of the 21st century, we find it true that the students' general qualities of physical education in China are relatively poor and that they will not adapt themselves to the challenge of the new century. Accordingly, enhancing the education of cultural qualities, seriously managing educational training, building intelligence ecological environment for the growth of qualified personnel and attaching great importance to students' developments in the sense of efficacy of physical education teachers is a breakthrough and a growing point in improving qualities of physical education personnel in China, and is also the key to improving the standard of physical education teachers in China as a whole.
