| 摘 要： | 高职教育的职业性、生产性和社会性决定校企合作、工学结合教育模式是实现高职院校人才培养目标的必然选择。而这一教育模式的推行又为实施和深化高职德育工作提供了良好契机和平台。校企合作德育是校企合作教育模式的重要组成部分。探索校企双方合作过程中德育合作的管理和运行机制，对校企合作教育模式下高职德育工作模式的构建具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Though the cooperation between institutes and enterprises has been the main educational mode of higher vocational institutes,the moral education is just at the exploratory stage.Some problems for the leadership management system and operation mechanism of the moral education also exist in the cooperation education process.Under this situation,a more suitable system construction strategy for the moral education is proposedinthispaper. |
