| 摘 要： | 政治制度是统治阶级所建立的国家制度的重要组成部分。它与政权组织形式具有紧密的联系，但政权组织形式不能涵盖政府制度的全部内容，政治制度确认了国家公民享有的政治权利和义务。因此，政治制度的核心是统治阶段实现其阶级专政所采取的政权组织形式。

| Abstract: | The political system is one of essential parts of the national system formulated by the ruling class.It is also closely connected with the form of the state power.However,the organization of regime couldn't contain the complete content of the political system.The Political system confirms the fundamental rights and duties of citizens.So,the crux of the political system is the regime form of the dictatorship of ruling class. |
