| 摘 要： | 小组学习是美国大学教学中重要的学习形式,其概念内涵、组织形式、任务使命及功能和作用已发展得比较完善,在高校教学实践中收到了很好的效果。小组学习的最大优点就是教和学的结合,尤其是把课堂和课后有机统一起来,极大地提高了人才培养质量,其民主与平等,竞争与合作,自我教育与自主管理的理念和各具特色的小组文化,对我国高校教学的深化改革具有重要的指导和启示意义。
