新课改教师培训的反思与对策

摘    要:自新课程改革实施以来,不仅对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,同时对新课改培训也提出了新的挑战,同时新课改培训与教师需求之间的矛盾也凸显出来。文章通过对培训内容、培训模式、培训效果评价、培训师资等方面进行探讨,并针对教师培训中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:Since the introduction of new edition of course,it not only sets higher demands on the quality of teachers but also present new challenges,besides strategies of training teachers doesn't meet the needs of teachers.This article explores questions and proposes some countermeasures on the content of training,training modes,the effect evaluation of training and training of teachers.
