| 摘 要： | 自新课程改革实施以来,不仅对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,同时对新课改培训也提出了新的挑战,同时新课改培训与教师需求之间的矛盾也凸显出来。文章通过对培训内容、培训模式、培训效果评价、培训师资等方面进行探讨,并针对教师培训中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
