| 摘 要： | 地方高校必须要为当地经济文化建设服务，这一点已经是所有人的共识。可是，地方高校图书馆因其专业性、前瞻性和研究性的突出特点，虽为其他图书馆所没法比，却也因为它的封闭性和垄断性，并没有与地方文化建设真正接轨。因此，地方高校图书馆必然要在强化馆藏体系建设、提高信息资源利用率、开发地方优秀文化资源等方面下大力气，才能达到真正实现服务社会、提高自己的双赢目标。

| Abstract: | That local colleges and universities must serve local economic and cultural buildings is the consensus of all the people. Although local universities＇s outstanding speciality, foresight and research property are better than that of other libraries, because of their closure and monopoly, they don~t really integrate with local culture construction. Therefore, local university libraries must strengthen collection system construction, the utilization ratio of information resources and the development of local culture resources to achieve the goal of service society and enhancing their own win win situation target. |
