| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、测量法、访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,以参加全国青年女排集训的全体运动员为研究对象,分析青年女排各位置后备力量的专项身体形态和专项身体素质发展特征。结果表明:目前青年女排各位置运动员基本身体形态条件优越,且具有明显的专位特征;接应位置专项身体素质现状优于其他几个位置,但各位置间队员各项身体素质不具有显著性差异。建议进一步加强青年阶段身体训练的比重,提高专位化的训练程度;借鉴现阶段青年接应位置队员的成功培养经验,重点加强副攻位置队员的灵活移动和弹跳素质,以及二传位置队员的快速、灵活移动能力。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentation,measurement,expert interviewing,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,taking all athletes participating in National Youth Women＇s Volleyball Training,this paper analyses the developing features of the special event body shape and the special physical quality of players at different positions.The research shows that at present the basic body shape of the players is in good condition and it appears obvious special position features.The special physical quality of the supporting player＇s position is better than other position,but there are no obvious differences in different positions.We suggest to increase the ratio of the physical training,strengthen the training of the special position at the youth stage and at the same time learn the successful experience from the young supporting position players.We should emphasize the flexible moving and jumping quality of the middle blocker and the rapid moving ability of the set player. |
