| 摘 要： | 为了提高成人技能，构建终身教育体系，近十年来英国政府在成人教育管理、政策法规建设、培训方式改革及内容的拓展、对成人学习进行资助等方面都采取了一系列措施，也取得了显著的成绩。预计在未来英国成人教育将继续构建终身教育体系，进一步完善成人教育制度，继续发挥信息技术优势丰富培训内容、改革培训方式，让成人教育向高水平、专业化、地区均衡等方向发展。

| Abstract: | To improve abilities of adult students and construct lifelong education system, the British government took a series of effective measures in adult education management, policy, reform of training and expansion of content and finance for adult learning. It is predicted that the British government will continue to construct lifelong education system, perfect adult education system, make the best of information technology, enrich training content, reform training method to achieve professional and balanced development of high quality. |
