基于企业战略的整合绩效评价研究

摘    要:在比较研究EVA、KPI、BSC、TPP等西方典型绩效评价理论方法及我国国有资本金绩效评价体系的优势和局限性的基础上,整合各种评价方法之所长,建立了基于企业战略的整合绩效评价理论模型和数学模型,设计了3层5维26项指标的指标体系,以某高新技术企业为例阐述了其具体运用,得出最终评价结论。

Abstract:This paper compares the western countries' performance evaluation theory of EVA, KPI,BSC and TPP with the current performance evaluation system in our country, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system in China and foreign countries.On the basis of all the evaluation methods,the authors set up the theoretical model and mathematical model of integrated performance evaluation based on enterprise strategy.The index system has 3 layers,5 dimensions and 26 indices.Taking the high-tech enterprise as an example,the application of the model is discussed and the final conclusion is drawn.
