| 摘 要： | 区域性跨系统图书馆联盟是经济与文化协同共进的必然结果。从战略的角度,在总结形成区域性图书馆联盟条件的基础上,分析目前区域性图书馆联盟发展中存在的问题,提出以区域性图书馆联盟为基础构建联盟体系的战略构想。

| Abstract: | Regional cross-system library alliance is an inevitable result of the cooperative development of economy and culture.From a strategic perspective,this paper reviews the conditions of forming regional library alliance,analyzes the problems in the development of regional library alliance,and puts forward the strategies for constructing the management system based on regional library alliance. |
