| 摘 要： | 采用资料文献和水平对比研究法，从职业足球俱乐部的性质、机制和经营方面对我国和国外的俱乐部现状进行研究，指出产权不清晰；经营意识不规范；运动水平不高和俱乐部负担过重等问题，并针对性地提出发展对策。
