| 摘 要： | 高水平行业性大学是支持我国创建世界一流大学的重要力量,其中,学科建设在高校发展和提升竞争力中占据重要地位。因此,本文以国内行业特色鲜明的五所大学——中国农业大学、中国矿业大学(江苏)、中国地质大学(北京)、浙江工商大学和景德镇陶瓷大学为例,在学科建设方面总结其从跳出学科视野整合学科资源,拓展学科边界孵化发展根基和通过学科支撑优化生态系统等相关经验,对高水平行业性大学学科建设的途径和特点进行深入而系统的分析,提出了在非行业性学科中发掘行业特色生长点,横向跨越学科门类积极构建行业性交叉学科,在特色学科与一般学科互依互促中形成学科共生的生态体系等创新观点,为我国行业性大学的发展和学科建设提供相关借鉴与行动参考。

Experience and Enlightenment of Discipline Construction in High-level Industrial Universities: a Case Study of Five Universities with Distinct Industrial Characteristics in China |

| Abstract: | High-level industrial universities are important forces supporting China to establish world-class universities,among which discipline construction plays an important role in the development of universities and the enhancement of competitiveness.Therefore,with the case study of five universities with distinct domestic industry characteristics namely,China Agricultural University,China University of Mining and Technology(Jiangsu),China University of Geosciences(Beijing),Zhejiang Gongshang University and Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute,this paper sums up relevant experience from the perspective of integrating discipline resources out of subject vision,expanding the boundaries of discipline development to cultivate the basis for development,and optimizing the ecosystem through discipline support in terms of discipline construction,with in-depth and systematic analysis of the path and characteristics of discipline construction in high-level industrial universities,and therefore puts forward innovative points of view such as developing industry growing point out of non-industrial discipline,actively building industrial crossing disciplines by horizontal interdisciplinary subject,forming a symbiotic ecological system in the interdependence and promotion between characteristic disciplines and general disciplines,providing relevant and action reference for the development and discipline constructions of industrial universities. |
