基于Proteus的电机温度巡检系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对工矿等高负荷、持续性生产要求,设计出了电机系统温度巡检仪,确保生产的安全性和经济性.该检测仪以单片机作为控制核心,由PT100铂电阻温度传感器对电机的关键部位进行温度采集,通过模拟开关CD4051进行巡回切换后进行A/D转换,分析实现对电机运行状态实时监控,并根据监控数据来执行相应的动作.巡检仪在Proteus和Keil软件联合操作环境中进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明该仪器运行可靠,人机界面良好.
