| 摘 要： | 21世纪社会发展的趋势是以知识经济为特点的时代，时代的发展对高校人才培养的模式提出了更高的要求．建筑施工技术课程建设应当适应新形势下人才培养模式的需要，在教材建设、掌握和运用现代化的教学手段为教学服务、师资队伍建设和师资素质的提高等方面扎扎实实做好工作，真正把建筑施工技术课程建设成重点优秀课程．
