| 摘 要： | 阐述了大学生的心理健康教育的意义以及标志，并通过分析体育教学调适大学生心理平衡，促进高校体育教学目标与学生心理健康目标统一，使学生在校学习期间，身心都能得到健康成长，成为社会主义合格的建设者，从而提出了体育教学如何积极调适学生心理平衡的思考。
