| 摘 要： | 针对高原训练高原高度的选择、训练的最佳次数、训练的持续时间、下高原的时机、训练过程阶段划分及训练课的安排、高原训练期间运动员身体机能生理和生化指标的评定进行研究。研究认为,高原训练有一个降低训练负荷的环境适应期;与海平面地区的训练相比,高原训练中的训练强度略有下降;在野外的训练多于在田径场的训练;为了确定与某一地区的地理环境相适应,应力争前往某一固定地点进行经常性的高原训练;应根据运动员在高原训练期间生理机能的变化特点和生理指标的变化规律,制定相应的评定方法监控身体机能状况,保障高原训练的效果。

| Abstract: | This article inquires into following aspects in altitude training; the choice of the height of the plateau, the optimal times of the training, the duration of the training, the time of descending the plateau, the stages delimitation in the training process, the arrangement of the training course, and the evaluation on the physiological and physiochemistry level of athletes body functions during the altitude training. The studies have shown that there exists an environment adaptation of reducing the training load; compared with the training in the sea-level region, the strength of altitude training lowers a little bit; the field training is more than the training in the athletic arena; to fit the geographic environment in a certain, region, the athletes should strive to a fixed place and take regular altitude training; according to the features of athletes physiological functions variations and the law of their physiological level changes during the altitude training, the evaluation approaches should be made to monitor the state of their body functions, to ensure the effect of altitude training |
