| 摘 要： | 运用归纳与演绎的方法,讨论社会控制的内涵,认为社会控制是相对于社会失范而言的,一切旨在防止社会失范并鼓励社会遵从的各种社会努力都是社会控制.从体育社会问题的内在控制和外在控制论述体育社会问题的控制,认为:体育社会问题的内在控制必须确立一套完整的关于体育行为的社会行为规范,通过各种手段将其内化到所有相关人员的价值观之中;体育社会问题的外在控制必须通过国家法律、法规等形式由政府机构实施.
