| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设是图书馆建设的发展方向，数字图书馆是未来图书馆的存在形式。针对图书馆数字化发展的客观趋势，提出了数字图书馆的定义、数字图书馆的特点、发展的主体方向以及人力资源、硬件建设、组织创新等数字图书馆建设中应解决的主要问题。并进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Digital library construction is the aim of library constrcuction and digital library if the future form of library in the future. Aiming the objective trend of digital library condtruction, it is proposed and discussed in this paper the definition of digital library, altogether with its features, subject of development, human resources, hardware construction, organizatioon innovation, and main problems to be solved in digital library construction. |
