| 摘 要： | 信息资源管理和知识管理近年来发展迅速,但对二者关系国内少有专门的研究,学者多将知识管理描述为信息资源管理的发展阶段。对此,本文采用文献计量分析法,从作者和关键词入手对中文文献进行验证,分析了信息资源管理研究和知识管理研究在研究对象、领域、实现手段和学科体系上的异同和联系,得出了两者的关系,并对学科的研究和发展提出了建议。
