| 摘 要： | 中国古代的判词出现的比较早,在唐代达到了成熟并产生了分野。一路走向文学,变为纯文学或融入叙事文学之中;一路继续延续自己作为法律文书的特点。但是后者的散文化、通俗化等文学性特点不仅使中国判词具备了文学价值,而且为作为法律文书的写作提供了可资借鉴的模式。

An Analysis of the Evolution and Traits of Ancient Court Verdict of China |

| Abstract: | The ancient court verdict of China appeared fairly early. During the Tang Dynasty, it had become mature and meanwhile, the dividing line appeared. One went to literature, developing into pure literature or mixed with narrative literature and the other continued its development as legal documents. However, there are some points of the latter that need attention on the term of literature. |
