| 摘 要： | 本文在考虑供求中断风险和供应商管理成本的前提下,提出了中小企业最优供应商数量的决策方法.在现有文献的基础上结合其自身特点,建立了更加适合中小企业的最优供应商数量决策模型.首先,将供应商分为两类进行处理;其次,考虑了供应和需求中断的风险成本及管理供应商的成本;最后,给出了求解最优供应商数量的公式,并通过算例分析了各影响因素对最优数量的影响.
