摘    要:利用无线传感网络组网灵活、移动性强、性能稳定、功耗低等特点,将基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术应用于烟草企业车间环境监测领域。以CC2530芯片为核心,结合温度18B20、湿度SHT15和二氧化碳MG811等传感器构建无线传感网络环境监测系统,实现对烟厂监测区内的各种环境信息进行快速可靠的采集。同时,通过使用改进型HARQ纠错算法,提高系统无线数据传输的可靠性。经仿真测试,该系统具有较强的抗干扰能力,为烟草企业车间环境精准监测提供一种有效解决方案。

Abstract:Using the characteristics such as build up freely, mobility, stable performance and low power consumption, the wireless sensor network technology which based on ZigBee is applied to the tobacco enterprise workshop environment monitoring. The system uses CC2530 chip as the core, combines with sensors such as 18B20 temperature sensor, SHT15 humidity sensor and MG811 carbon dioxide sensor, builds up the wireless sensor network environmental surveying system, realizes that the various environmental information in factory monitoring area would be collected quickly and reliably. At the same time, by using the improved HARQ algorithm, it improves the reliability of wireless data transmission system. After testing, the system has the high ability of anti-interference, and provides an effective solution to the tobacco enterprise workshop environment precise monitoring.
