| 摘 要： | 由于高职院校发展迅猛,高职院校教师队伍的建设问题表现十分突出,如何构建高职教师队伍建设的良好机制,是当前高职院校的一项重要工作。构建高职师资队伍建设的目标体系、构建教师队伍建设的健康运行机制、落实师资队伍建设的保障措施是构建高职教师队伍建设良好机制的三个主要方面。
