| 摘 要： | 在劳动力市场分割这一研究领域,实证研究主要集中在劳动力市场分割所带来的不平等问题方面,忽略了劳动力市场分割对经济增长的影响。以修正了的Solow模型为分析框架,利用广东和上海的数据进行的研究发现:劳动力市场地区分割对区域经济增长具有阻碍作用。在中国,区域劳动力流动的变化是影响经济增长水平变化的因素之一:地区劳动力流动越活跃,经济增长的水平越高;流动劳动力的受教育水平越高,劳动力流动对经济增长的贡献也越大。

| Abstract: | In the field of labour market segmentation, little research has addressed the testing of the influence of the segmentation of labour market on economic growth so far. This paper utilizes the data adopted from Shanghai and Guangdong and puts forward that the segmentation in labour market is assumed to slow down the district economic growth. It elabourates that the regional labour force mobility is a factor of economic growth in China; the more active labour force flows, the higher economic growth level will be; and the contribution from the labour force mobility will be greater if the education of the immigration is high. |
