| 摘 要： | 近代中国农业本身向前缓慢的发展着，再加上中国传统农业自身有着极高的适应性，曾对中国现代化进程起到量变的作用。但土地所有制不适应经济发展的客观存在使得传统农业只能发挥有限的积极作用。中国现代化进程大迈步的往前推进必须变革封建的土地所有制，消除束缚农业生产力的制度性因素。

| Abstract: | Modern China's agriculture is developing slowly,taking along extra high adaptability,which plays a positive role in the Chinese modernization.But the land ownership doesn't meet the objective existence of economic development,which makes the tradiontnal agriculture play a limited part.Therefore,promoting the continued modernization of China must reform the feudal land ownership and eliminate the institutional factors of restraining the agricuctural productive forces. |
