| 摘 要： | 从分析中国田径女子优势现象及原因入手,提出了中国女子田径运动员可持续发展的对策:加强相关立法,保障女子田径运动员权益;革新训练体制,体现对女子田径运动员的人文关怀;关注终身发展,提高女子田径运动员的受教育水平;突破传统性别观念,发展女子田径运动员的个性;加强对女子竞技体育的宣传,制造中国的田径女子体育明星。

| Abstract: | From the angle of analyzing the female advantages in track and field and its reasons,this article puts forward the counter measure of sustainable development of female athletes in track and field,as follows:enhancing related law-making in order to ensure their rights;reforming training system so to show humanism concern to them;paying attention to life-long development to increase their educational level;breaking through traditional concept to develop their personal characteristics;enhancing the female competitive propaganda to cultivate China female sports stars. |
