| 摘 要： | 民间融资作为资源配置的有效手段,在补充正规金融供给不足、合理配置资金资源、促进经济发展等方面发挥显著作用。随着民间融资行为的日趋活跃,其规范性立法引起了学术界的广泛关注。本文从民间融资存在的必然性着手,对民间融资的立法现状进行了分析,提出了对民间融资制度创新的政策建议。

| Abstract: | As an effective means of resource allocation,informal finance has played a prominent role in supplementing undersupply of formal finance,rationally allocating fund resources,promoting economic development,etc. With the increase of informal finance,its normative legislation attracts great attention of academic circles. The paper begins with the necessity of informal finance existence,analyzes the current legislation of informal finance,and puts forward policy suggestions of informal finance system innovation. |
