| 摘 要： | 由于社会分工和市场经济体制改革的深入，我国家庭服务业日益兴起，作为发展较快的新产业，对于经济发展具有积极的促进作用。我国家庭服务业的经营主体分散灵活，在不同地区发展差别较大。当前我国家庭服务业发展面临着市场规范化程度低、从业人员素质低、法规保障不完善等问题。应从改变就业理念入手。深入市场化改革，推动服务行业规范制度化，从而全面促进家庭服务业的发展。

| Abstract: | The household service industry in China is a new industry,and has a positive role in promoting economic development.As a result of the social division of labor and the thorough reform of market economic system,the household service industry rose increasingly,and has the advantage of accommodating more labor.Current Chinese household service industry faces the problem such as the low level of market standardization,the low quality of employees,and the imperfect legal guarantee.According to the development of household service industry in the USA,China should change the employment ideas,deepen the market reform,and promote the service industry norms institutionalized,which to promote the development of household service industry. |
