云南白药合电子热磁理疗仪治疗腰肌劳损的临床研究

摘    要:在运动员中,腰痛十分常见。腰痛分为气质性和功能性,功能性腰痛又称为腰肌劳损,究其产生的原因与创伤、劳累、寒冷、潮湿有关.目前治疗腰肌劳损的方法很多,但哪一种更好,换句话说,选择治疗方法时应该考虑哪些因素,以取得较好的疗效是很重要的。本文针对腰肌劳损常见的病因,采用了云南白药外敷合电子热磁理疗仪的方法,设立对照组进行对比,并对统计数据进行处理,结果表明该方法较单独一种治疗方法疗效显著.从理论上讲,该方法兼顾了温经散寒、活血化瘀、疏经通络,粘连松解、气血流通,腰肌劳损得以修复,最终治愈。

Abstract:Lumbago is very common athletes. Lumbago is divided into organic one and functional one. Functional lumbago is also called psoatic strain. With regard to psoatic strain, it is caned by wound, tire, cold and moisture. At present, there are many methods to treat psoatic strain. But which one is better? Another what elements should be considered when we choose the methods in order to get good curative effect is very important. This article adopts the means of combining Yunnan baiyao for external application with electronic thermomagnetic physiotherapy instrument, in connection with the common pathogen of psoatic strain. It establishes comparing groups for contrast, and deals with statistical data. The result indicates that curative effect of this method is more remarkable than a single method. Theoretically, this method gives consideration to warming menstruation and relieving cold, invigorating the circulation of blood and dissolving stasis, stimulating the circulation of the blood and causing the mussels and joints to relax, which will loose links, circulate breath and blood, repair psoatic strain, and ultimately cure the functional lumbago.
