| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]提出一个新的作者影响力评价指标——个人影响因子(PIF)。方法/过程]给出(PIF)的计算公式,以图书情报领域2014-2018年5年内发文量和被引量均为前40名的作者为例,计算其(PIF)值,并与已有指标如h指数、h5指数、作者署名、期刊影响因子等进行对比。结果/结论]PIF与已有指标存在一定的相关性;相较于其他评价指标,PIF的区分度、灵活性、敏感性和稳定性更高;而且P IF基于被引期刊质量选择合适的时间窗,有利于评价青年作者和“睡美人”文献作者的学术影响力。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to propose a new index of author influence evaluation,personal impact factor(PIF).Method/process]The paper gives the calculation formula of PIF,takes the authors whose publications and citations are among the top 40 in the field of library and information in the five years from 2014 to 2018 as examples,calculates the PIF and compares with the existing indicators such as hindex,h5 index,author signature and journal impact factor.Result/conclusion]PIF has a certain correlation with existing indicators.Compared with other evaluation indicators,PIF has higher discrimination,flexibility,sensitivity and stability.Moreover,PIF selects the appropriate time window based on the quality of cited journals,which is more suitable for evaluating the academic influence of young authors and authors of the“sleeping beauty”literature. |
