| 摘 要： | 谋略与战略的关系是中国企业战略管理中难以回避的问题。从管理文化视角看,虽然谋略与战略在内容与功能上具有相似性,但它们分别与东西方管理文化紧密联系并构成了各自的管理知识体系。谋略与战略在语言环境、逻辑关系背景、思维方式和知识存在及运用方式等方面上各具不同的管理文化特征,认识这些管理知识特征的差异对中国企业在东西方管理文化交流和全球竞争中的战略管理创新具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The relation between strategy and stratagem is a kind of difficult question in Chinese enterprise strategic management.From the view of management culture,though there are similarities in content and function between strategy and stratagem,they are different management knowledge when they are connected with eastern and western management culture.They have different management culture characters in language background,logic relation background,thinking mode and knowledge existence and application mode.To know theses differences are very important to Chinese enterprise strategy innovation in the globe competition and communication of eastern and western management culture. |
