摘 要: | 近年来,高职院校学生的学习兴趣不浓,加之高职扩招,教学紧张,学生文化基础相对薄弱,同时存在逆反心理。对学生进行疏导教育是教师的一项重要工作。进行疏导教育需要讲究形式,只有这样,才能让学生转变思想,实现从"逼我学"到"我要学"的跳跃。那么,建设良好的学风,保持高职院校旺盛的生命力就水到渠成了。

Abstract: | In recent years,students of high vocational institutes take little interest in study.As the expansion of higher education and short teaching resources,meanwhile,the students'educational foundation is rather weak and they are a little rebellious at this stage,it is one of the teachers'impor- tant jobs to give instructive education.But the way of giving instructive education should be consid- ered.Only through this can students change minds and become more willing to study by themselves instead of being forced to study.Thus good academic discipline comes and the institutes' exuberant vi- tality can be maintained. |
