图书馆核心竞争力与读者关系之探究

摘    要:在激烈的竞争中,建立和培育良好的读者关系,可使图书馆立于不败之地。从建立“以读者为中心”的核心竞争力要素体系的重要性和迫切性入手,对读者关系进行了一些研究,包括读者定位、流失分析、满意度和忠诚度等,最后就如何培育良好的读者关系,打造图书馆强有力的信息体系的核心竞争力提出了解决方案。

Abstract:In the intense competition, establishing and developing good relationship with readers can make the library in an advantageous place. Because of the importance and urgency of the kernel competition ability system, it should begin with establish a system that the readers are the center. Do some researches about readers relationship, including fixed the readers positions, analyze the lost of readers, study the satisfaction and loyalty of readers. At the end of the paper, we will pose the solution about how to develop good relationship with readers and how to establish strong information system of the kernel competition ability for library.
