| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法与逻辑推理法，基于性别秩序的视角下分析女性参加休闲体育活动对健康中国建设的重要性。女性参加休闲体育活动，既是对传统性别秩序的挑战，又为新时代性别秩序的构建提供了思路，从横向与纵向两个维度助力健康中国建设。从纵向上来说，女性休闲体育活动的参与是在挑战传统性别秩序的基础上，实现性别角色的自我认同、性别自由的赋权与性别空间的扩大，以覆盖全生命周期的方式促进女性个人的健康发展；从横向上来说，女性休闲体育活动的参与是在构建新性别秩序的基础上，通过性别角色的变迁建立群体关系，通过性别赋权的自由树立模范作用，通过性别空间的扩大增加人际交往，以惠及全人群的方式助力健康中国建设。

| Abstract: | The importance of women's participation in recreational sports in building healthy China based on the perspective of gender order was analyzed through literature study and logical reasoning. Women's participation in recreational sports is not only a challenge to the traditional gender order, but also provides ideas for the construction of a new gender order in the new era. It helps to build healthy China from both horizontal and vertical dimensions. From the vertical perspective, women's participation inrecreational sports is the challenge to the traditional gender order to achieve self-identification of gender roles, empowerment of gender freedom, and expansion of gender space so as to promote the women's personal healthy development in a way that covers the entire life cycle. Horizontally speaking, women's participation in recreational sports is based on the construction of a new gender order by the establishment of group relations through the change of gender roles, and the role of gender empowerment in setting up a model for freedom, increasing gender space and interpersonal communication to benefit the whole population so as to help build healthy China. |
