臭氧—BAF技术在印染废水回用处理中的应用

摘    要:对臭氧-曝气生物滤池(BAF)技术在印染废水中的应用进行了研究,结果表明,臭氧投加量为15 mg/L,臭氧与废水的接触时间为60 min时,废水的B/C由0.1提高到0.23左右,印染废水的生化性得到较大的提高;同时,当BAF的停留时间达到3 h时,出水的CODcr为48.22 mg/L、BOD5为9.54 mg/L、SS为8.17 mg/L、色度为18时,出水水质达到相关标准。

Abstract:To advanced treating and then reusing the printing and dyeing wastewater effectively, a bridge technology of Ozone- BAF is adopted in this article. During the Ozone treatment process, the quality, espe-cially the biodegradability of the wastewater is analyzed with two influence factors, the Ozone dosage, and the contact time between the Ozone and the wastewater. The test results show that B/Cin the wastewater increases from0.1to0.23, when the Ozone dosage is15mg/L and the contact time is60min. Thus, the biodegradability of the wastewater has been improved. After that, the wastewater goes to the BAF process. The influence of hy-draulic retention time in the BAF to the water quality is studied. The test results, CODcr is 48.22mg/L, BOD5is9.54mg/L, SSis8.17mg/L and Chromaticity is 18 when the hydraulic retention time in the BAF is 3h, show the treated wastewater satisfies the relevant standards and can be reused.
