摘    要:通过对铁碳微电解工艺中的进水p H值、铁碳比、反应时间、温度及进水COD深度因素进行实验研究,找出最佳铁碳微电解预处理工艺的控制点。实验结果表明,在进水p H值为2,铁碳比为1:2,反应时间为2 h的反应条件下,铁碳微电解法对试验所用废水的处理最为有效,CODCr去除率在64%以上,且不随进水浓度和温度的波动而变化;且出水p H值有明显的提高,为后续工序创造了有利条件。

Abstract:The experiment studies on the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process influent pH, iron-carbon ra-tio, reaction time, temperature and depth of COD factors to identify the optical control points of iron-carbon micro electric pretreatment processes. Experiment results show that under the condition that the water was pH 2, iron-carbon ratio of 1: 2, the reaction time was 2 hours under reaction conditions, iron-carbon micro-elec-trolysis method for wastewater treatment trials was the most effective method, with and CODCr removal rate of above 64%, and it does not fluctuate with the influent concentration or the change of temperature; and water pH value has increased significantly, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent process.
