| 摘 要： | 随着旅游业的迅速发展，旅游市场对旅游专业人才的需求量越来越大。由于我国的旅游教育起步较晚，高等旅游教育还存在诸多问题。文章主要对高校旅游教育如何围绕旅游市场培养实用型人才进行分析，针对性地提出五点建设性的意见：课程设置科学化，创新教育观念，建立高素质的师资队伍，制定人才培养目标，加强学生人文素质培养。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of tourism,the travel industry demands more and more professionals.However,the higher education for tourism majors is,comparatively speaking,still a new thing,having its own problems.The article mainly focuses on an analysis on the cultivation of market-oriented professionals for travel industry and presents its own views on the following five aspects:scientific curriculum arrangement;new concept of education;highly-qualified faculty;what kind of professionals to cultivate;channels to enhance the students' humanities understanding. |
