| 摘 要： | 阐述了丽水市农村农业面源污染的现状，指出丽水市农村农业面源的重点污染源为畜禽养殖业和农用化肥的流失。其污染物COD、氮、磷排放量已超过了工业企业。提出要加强对农民的生态环境保护意识的宣传，合理施用农药化肥，提高畜禽粪尿、人粪尿、秸秆的综合利用率，提倡使用可降解农膜，开展农村生活垃圾、生活污水的治理工作，加强规模化畜禽养殖场的粪尿、污水治理工作，合理投放鱼饲料和药物等措施防治面源污染。

| Abstract: | This essay expounds the present conditions of pollution from agricultural plane source in the countryside of Lishui and point out that the key sources of pollution are the aquaculture of domestic animals and birds and the running off of chemical fertilizer, the amount of COD,N and P discharged from them has been more than that from the industrial enterprises. This essay also puts forward many meatures to prevent and cure the pollution from plane sources as follows: strengthen the propaganda to the peasants about the consciousness of protecting the ecological environment, use the farm chemical and chemical fertilizer rationally, raise the comprehensive utilization ratior of excrement and urine from the domestic animals and birds and from persons and straw, advocate the use of resolvable agricultural film, develop the harnessing to live rubbish and waste water in the countryside, strengthen the harnessing to the excrement, urine and waste water in the aquatic breeding farms on a large scale, throw in the fish forage and medicines rationally and so on. |
