| Abstract: | In university sports teaching, through the innovation of teaching contents and methods, teachers can further stimulate students＇ learning interest, motivate their learning enthusiasm and promote the efficiency of their learning in sports classes, which is conducive to their further development. Therefore, the innovation of sports teaching contents and methods in universities are analyzed and studied specifically in this paper, aiming to make a contribution to the further development of sports teaching in universities. |
