| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和比较分析法,从机构、对象、社会背景、联赛发展程度和限制手段等方面,对中美职业篮球球员转会和引进条件进行了比较,分析我国转会制度不完善的地方,找出原因,提出改进意见,为中国篮球市场化、职业化的进一步发展提供参考。
