| Abstract: | In the process of engineering-majors cultivating,the normal universities funded in minority areas face many problems,such as the diversity of students’background,the shortage of teachers and weakness in scientific research ability.Therefore,we should establish talent cultivation program of engineering majors more scientifically,improve the faculty standard,and strengthen the management of laboratory.Only through these ways can we enhance the level of talent training. |
